Contribution to the IGF Mining / OECD / ATAF project supporting the Zambian Revenue Authority (ZRA) towards a reduction in Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) in the mining sector. This work included training sessions of staff from the ZRA and the Ministry of Mines and Minerals Development, as well as drafting guidance documents and practice notes on mineral pricing. The work is also referenced in a Zambia Case Study published by the ATAF/ZRA/OECD.
