Evaluation of the design and performance of three Institutional Cooperation Instrument (ICI) projects, funded by the Finnish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Particular emphasis on the project involving the Geological Survey of Finland (GTK) and the Geological Survey of Tanzania (GST), with support provided towards the evaluation of the other two projects. Review of project reports and interviews with officials in Finland and Tanzania. Contribution towards the team’s Evaluation Report.
